We run a variety of courses to help equip mums (and dads!) for their parenting journey. All of our courses are informal, welcoming, and discussion-based: we believe that learning from one another is really important.
We provide refreshments, and space for children to play so that childcare isn’t a barrier to mums and dads coming along. We don’t charge for any of our courses.

KIDS MATTER
Kids Matter programmes are for parents and carers facing disadvantage and wanting to learn skills to help their children thrive. Groups run for 6 weeks and are run by our trained facilitators in an informal and warm environment over food and refreshments, using accessible and evidence-informed materials.
SHINE
The Shine Course helps girls and women to better understand their value, strengths and potential. The course celebrates everyone’s uniqueness, and explores the fact that we all have the power of choice and a voice; that every girl and woman can purposefully make decisions that shape their future in a positive way, set goals and build confidence to live out a life filled with purpose.
